2. Service Delivery Timelines

Project Initiation: Our services will begin within 5 business days after signing the contract and receiving all necessary materials and information from you.

Campaign Setup & Launch: Typically completed within 10-15 business days from project initiation, depending on the complexity and requirements of the campaign.

Ongoing Management: Campaigns are monitored and optimized continuously throughout the agreed service period.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and effective service delivery, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information, including access to ad accounts, creative assets, and any necessary credentials promptly.

Respond to communications and requests for approval or feedback within 3 business days.

Ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.
4. Service Interruptions
We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to technical failures, platform outages, natural disasters, or governmental actions. If delays occur due to late client responses or failure to provide necessary materials, project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
5. Termination of Services

By Client: You may terminate services at any time with 7 days’ written notice. Payments for work completed up to the termination date remain due.

By Poseidon Co: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach the agreement, fail to provide necessary information, or engage in unlawful activity. In such cases, fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are not provided for services already delivered. Cancellations must be given in writing with at least 7 days’ notice.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business or personal information disclosed during the course of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all creative assets, campaign materials, and content provided by the client remain the client’s property. Data, reports, and materials generated by POSEIDON DIGITAL MEDIA LIMITED during the campaign remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
9. Data Protection
We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
10. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify and hold POSEIDON DIGITAL MEDIA LIMITED harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from content provided by the client that is unlawful, infringing, or violates third-party rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, POSEIDON DIGITAL MEDIA LIMITED liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We will keep you updated regularly via email or your preferred communication channel on campaign progress, results, and any issues requiring your attention.
